Rafe K. Zimmerman

Rafe K. Zimmerman, 19, of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away on May 17, 2022. He was born on July 12, 2002, in Placerville, CA to Scott and Andrea Zimmerman. Rafe moved to Port Charlotte in 2005 with his parents, receiving his high school diploma from FPEA (Florida Parent Educators Association). Rafe was part of the Chick-fil-A team, working at the counter. His goal following graduation was to become a Firefighter/Paramedic, serving his community. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and Boy Scouts America, a proud Life Scout.

Rafe enjoyed gaming, motorcycle riding, anime, hiking, playing guitar, Lego crafting, RC model building, and going to theme parks. He loved his family and the Lord with all his heart.

Rafe will be deeply missed by his mother Andrea Zimmerman; sisters Teal (John) Baniago and Sage Zimmerman; brother Carson Zimmerman; niece Ada; and family members Liz and Dusty Niles, Nick Niles, Tim Niles, Betty Lauricella, Mary Lou O’Neill, Larry Lederer, Noriene Butterfield, Tom Butterfield, Carolyn Butterfield Steele, Jennifer Leishman, Dan and Kirsten Worden, and Ken and Lu Donna Smith. He was preceded in death by his father Scott Zimmerman.
