Virginia "Ginny" Noel

Virginia "Ginny" Cox Noel, 79, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away January 21, 2015. She was the daughter of Bert and Katie Cox, born July 7, 1935 in Fort Meade, FL. Ginny retired from Wal-Mart, Punta Gorda. In her early years while raising her children she was a seamstress and did alterations for Bealls Department Store. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and sprinting around Punta Gorda in her little car. Ginny was of the Baptist faith. Ginny is survived by her children, Wayne, Mary and Linda; sisters, Sue Grimm and Rita Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughters, Carol and Ann, brother, Bert Cox, Jr., and granddaughter, Karen Lynn. A visitation will be from 1-1:30pm, Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services with a funeral service to follow at 1:30pm. Burial will be at Indian Springs Cemetery.
