Thomas Bunyon

Thomas "Tom" Bunyon, 78, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away May 3, 2016. He was the son of William and Kathleen Bunyon, born April 19, 1938 in Boston, MA. Tom grew up in New York City and was a graduate of Fordham and Central Michigan. He served in the United States Air Force. Tom worked at Chrysler Corp, Detroit, MI and then at Perot Systems, Auburn Hills, MI and at Maitland, FL as a computer analyst before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, reading and going to family reunions in the Jersey Shore area. Tom is survived by his wife of 42 years, Laura; 3 children; grandchildren; nieces; nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kay and his brother, Bill. A memorial service to celebrate Tom's life will be held at 1pm, Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the lodge at Heritage Oak Park.
