Ronald W. Doty

Ronald W. Doty, 73, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on September 1, 2021. He was born on November 7, 1947, to Alfred Sr. and Georgia Doty in Toledo, OH. Ronald honorably served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970. He resided in Michigan until 1988, moving to Oakwood, IL where he retired in 2014. Ronald was a proud member of the American Legion in Illinois. He relocated to Punta Gorda in June of 2019.  

Ronald will be deeply missed by his brother Alfred (Merrilee) Doty; sister Sharon (Tom) McPherson; several nieces and nephews; and his stepdaughter Teri (Keith) Cunningham.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
