Robert W. Kerns

Robert William Kerns, 55, of Venice, FL passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013. He was the son of John Kerns and Pamela (Goodger) Casertano, born on May 7, 1957 in Queens, NY. Robert attended Forest Hills High School and participated on the baseball team. He continued to love the sport throughout his life and was a fan of the New York Mets and New York Yankees. He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Melinda Grace Enriquez of Hanover, MD; son, Michael Daniel Kerns of North Port, FL; granddaughter, Ana Iris Enriquez of Hanover, MD; brothers: Richard Kerns of Queens, NY, Robin Kerns of Venice, FL, and Nicholas Casertano of Venice, FL. A memorial service will be held in Robert's honor from 2:00 to 6:00pm, Friday, May 10, 2013 at Laishley Park. To express condolences to the family, please sign the online guest book.
