R. Dean Priester

R. Dean Priester, 88, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away October 10, 2015 at Signature Health Care. He was the son of Russell and Blanche Priester, born June 30, 1927 in Rimersburg, PA. Dean served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from J-Tec Communications Service, Greenville, OH and moved to Florida in 1990. He was a member IOOF, Youngstown, OH. Dean enjoyed playing guitar at Gilcrest Park, Punta Gorda with other players. Dean will be greatly missed by his wife of 60 years, Louise; brother, Lloyd of Hubbard, OH. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Vaughn and William; sisters, Evelyn Maynard and Jean Gorman. No services are planned at this time.
