Pearl B. Martin

Pearl Martin, 84, of Punta Gorda passed away in the loving arms of her family after a brief struggle with cancer. She lived a life dedicated to her family and to untiring service to others, and will be remembered by the many friends whose lives she touched. She enjoyed being part of a quilting club, visitation ministry and women?s ministry group at her church, Port Charlotte Seventh Day Adventist Church. Pearl entrusted all things to her Heavenly Father and eagerly awaits being reunited with her loved ones at the return of her Savior, Jesus Christ. Pearl will be greatly missed by her devoted husband of 62 years, Charles; children, Lynette Spangenberg of Nashville, TN, Lawrence Martin of Walpole, NJ, and Cindy Hanson of Port Charlotte; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The memorial service in celebration of Pearl?s life will be at 4:30 PM Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Port Charlotte Seventh Day Adventist Church.
