Patricia Ann Cook

Patricia Ann Cook, 81, passed away on Monday, March 9th, 2015 in Port Charlotte, FL after a lengthy battle with COPD. She was born September 7, 1933 in Queens, NY to John and Margaret O'Brien. Patricia enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry before retiring to Bradenton, FL. She is survived by two loving children, Barbara Annibale (Tom) and Philip Petito (Linda), her grandchildren, Christine Annibale and Eric Petito. Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Hazen E. Cook Jr. who passed away on May 30th, 2014. The family will hold a private memorial at a future date. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice or American Lung Association.
