Patricia A. Cassell

Patricia A. Cassell, 67, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020. She was born on November 1, 1952, to Joseph and Florence Menegus in Torrington, CT.

Patricia recently retired from being a Wal-Mart Associate for many years.  She was an avid quilter and lover of cats.  She also enjoyed spending time at the beach with her family and friends.  She will be remembered for her kind heart, loving nature, and compassion towards others.

Patricia will be deeply missed by her daughter Melissa (Timothy) Smart; son Philip (Mandy) Pittman; her 4 grandchildren and by all who will remember her as their second mother.  She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Florence, husband James Cassell, and son Wallace “Wally” Pittman.

A private service will be held at a future date.
