Nunzia D'Angelo

Nunzia D'Angelo, 86, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014. She was born November 25, 1927 in Scafati, Italy to Antonio and Antonietta Villani. Nunzia was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Her greatest joy was caring for and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her kind heart. Nunzia enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing scopa and watching wrestling, as well as listening to classical music and helping at the family restaurant, Mamma Nunzia's and Trattoria Limoncello. She will be greatly missed by her children, Gisella Iebba, Toni Terradista, Domenico D'Angelo and Connie Brown; brother, Pierino Villani; grandchildren, Lorenzo, Stefania, Domenick, Veronica, Erica, Jonathan, Claudio, Marcella and Arianna; and great-grandchildren, Taegen and Arabella. Nunzia was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Claudio. A memorial mass will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 19, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Punta Gorda.
