Lucille C. Leonard

Lucille C. Leonard, 71, of Port Charlotte and winter resident of Castleton, New York passed away April 30, 2007. She was born June 6, 1935 in Albany, New York to Francis and Josephine (Beberwyck) Carney. Lucille retired from the state of New York and was a life member of Castleton Fire Department Auxiliary. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Castleton, New York. Lucille enjoyed doing cross stitching and gardening. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 48 years, Robert; sons Steven R of Schodack, NY and Brian W. (Patti) of Port Charlotte; sisters Marion Valli and Frances Olsen both of Castleton, NY; grandchildren Kyle, Sabrina, Sean, Katie and Kelly. A memorial service will be held in Castleton, New York at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720.
