Lois S. White

Lois S. White, 82, of Punta Gorda passed away November 27, 2007. She was born September 30, 1925 in La Porte, Indiana to Harley and Lilly (Arndt) Smith. Lois was the Director of the Heart to Heart Volunteer Group at Charlotte Regional Medical Center for 15 years and was a former President on the board at Paradise Park Condo Association. She was a member of United Church of Christ and an avid crocheter. Lois will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Virgil; daughters, Cynthia Spriggs of New Buffalo, MI and Suzanne (Brett) Locke of La Porte, IN; grandchildren, Michelle, Nicole, Eric and Janell; five great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rene Henoch. No services are planned at this time. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
