Larry J. Crowell

Larry James Crowell, age 72, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away peacefully Friday, August 28, 2020, around 3:00 pm. He is survived by his son Joshua Crowell; two grandchildren Brandon and Maddox Crowell; his mother Laura Crowell and his two sisters Carol Crowell and Kathleen MacDonald. Larry was also a loving father to five stepchildren who will also miss him dearly.

Larry Crowell was born in Miami FL in 1947 and later moved to Punta Gorda. He was kind, funny, and giving. Larry was a loving father and son. He loved being around friends and family and also enjoyed and became very active in volunteering. Larry loved volunteering at Trinity Baptist Church and the American Legion, where he would help with landscaping and running fundraisers. He was a sweet man who will be missed by so many.

You will never be forgotten. We love you!

A Memorial service will be held on September 5, 2020, at 11:00 am at Trinity Baptist Church located at 11234 Royal Rd. Punta Gorda FL 33955. This will be a time where friends and family can come together to remember Larry.
