Karlyn C Dingle

Karlyn C. Dingle, 79, of Port Charlotte passed away April 27, 2015. She was the daughter of Charles and Cornelia (Jordan) Walker, born March 20, 1936 in Bronx, NY. Karlyn received her Associates Degree from Bronx Community College, and her Bachelor of Arts from Herbert H Lehman College of City University on NY. She was high school teacher for 25 years before retiring. She came to Port Charlotte in 2002 from Bronx. Karlyn was of the Protestant faith. She enjoyed fishing and spending time on the water. Karlyn will be greatly missed by her husband of 32 years, Eddie Dingle, Jr.; sons, Eddie Dingle III of Harlem, NY and Arnette Dingle of Brooklyn, NY; and eleven grandchildren. The family will receive friends 10:00 11:00 am Monday, May 4, 2015 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services with the service in celebration of Karlyn's life beginning at 11:00 am.
