Joshua L. Bass, 29, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014. He was born on July 3, 1984 in Port Charlotte, FL. Joshua worked as a Operator for Envirocon Companies. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding ATV's. Joshua will be greatly missed by his wife of 4 years, Danielle; parents, David and Anita Bass of Bellaire, OH; step-son, Shane Pierce; brother, David Bass of Port Charlotte, FL; sister, Mandy (Kevin) Jackson of N. Ft. Myers, FL; nephew, Lane; grandmother, Sandy, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.A. and Juanita Jackson and grandfather, Paul Bass. The family will receive friends 11 to 12pm, Friday, January 24, 2014 at Eastside Baptist Church with a funeral service to celebrate Joshua's life to follow at 12pm. Burial will follow at Indian Springs Cemetery.
