Jenny R. Massey

Jenny R. Massey, 82, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away January 8, 2017. She was born November 7, 1934 in San Jose, Costa Rica to George and Juanita Chamberlain. Jenny moved to this area in 1988 from Rockaway, N.J. She enjoyed gourmet cooking and loved taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren. Jenny was an Evangelical Christian. Jenny will be greatly missed by her husband of 58 years, Robert W. Massey; sons, Robert J. Massey and Kevin J. Massey; brother, Rudy Chamberlain and eight grandchildren. The family will receive friends 11 to 12 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 with a service to celebrate Jenny's life at 12 p.m. at Murdock Baptist Church. Burial will be at Sarasota National Cemetery.
