Jeffrey C. Pogson

Jeffrey C. Pogson, 51, of Punta Gorda passed away February 4, 2007. He was born November 13, 1955 to Walter and Jean (Walts) Pogson in Erie, Pennsylvania. Jeff graduated from Fairview High School and served in the US Air Force for four years. He worked as an auto mechanic and tire distributor. Jeff was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He will be remembered as a good father, grandfather and was loved by all who knew him. Jeff will be greatly missed by his wife of 19 years, Vicki Jo; mother, Jean Pogson of PA; daughters, Schaileen Pogson and Teona (Mario) Mistretta both of PA; son, Calvin Pogson of CA; brothers, Bruce (Ramona), Richard (Theresa) both of PA and Walter (Lori) of AZ and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Walter. A gathering of friends will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 8 at the Punta Gorda Chapel of Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
