Helen Formato of Punta Gorda died Tuesday Nov 26, 2019. She was of the Catholic faith. Born in Newark NJ she worked as an operator with the phone company. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank, mother Sophie Salzano father Anthony Salzano and her brother John Salzano and her beloved granddaughter Kimberly Rozborski. She is survived by her daughter Karen (Formato) Rozborski son in law Richard Rozborski son Frank Formato Jr and grandson Christopher all of NJ. Graveside service to be at the Sarasota National Cemetery Monday Dec 9 at 11:00.
