Gloria F. Griswold

Gloria F. Griswold, 85, of Punta Gorda passed away July 31, 2007. She was born May 5, 1922 to Frederick and Martha (Lloyd) Fuller. Gloria worked as a medical secretary in the healthcare field and moved from Kinnelon, NJ to Punta Gorda 22 years ago. She volunteered for many years at the Wellness Center in Punta Gorda and she was an active member in her church with the Missionary Society. Gloria will be remembered for her love of reading and helping others. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Jan Gage of Punta Gorda; sons Todd Griswold of Port Charlotte and Brad Griswold of Oxford, NH; brother Richard Litzinger of Pensacola, FL; sister Jane Angel of Williamsport, PA; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Charles. A celebration of Gloria’s life will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Peace River Baptist Church, 478 Berry St., Punta Gorda.
