Frederick M. Ratynski

Frederick M. Ratynski, 78, of Punta Gorda, FL, formerly of Pine Island, NY passed away January 26, 2017. He was the son of Chester and Viola Ratynski, born June 5, 1938 in Florida, NY. Frederick was a US Army Veteran. He worked as a Park Supervisor before retiring in 2000 and moving to Florida in 2001. Frederick was a member of the American Legion, Punta Gorda, Moose, Eagles and ran the bar at PLAV in Pine Island, NY. He was a simple man and liked to ice fish. Frederick will be greatly missed by his wife of 55 years, Harriet; daughter, Bridget (Bryan) Gurda; sons, Frederick (Bonnie) and Kevin (Debra); grandchildren, Nichole, Morgan, Julia; great-granddaughter, Gabriella; sisters, Clara Schultz, Loretta DeMattis and Maureen Anderson.
