Frances A. Brundage

Frances A. Brundage, 79, of Punta Gorda passed away June 30, 2009 at Charlotte Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of Stanislaus and Tehla (Czahzynska) Nowotynski, born June 25, 1930 in Wallingford, CT. Fran worked as a credit manager at W.T.Grants for many years. She came to Punta Gorda from Prospect, CT in 1999. She was an active member of Eastside Baptist Church and was involved in the Woman's Missionary Union and sang in the church choir; she worked with the Stewardship Team to raise funds for the annual July 4th Fireworks. Fran enjoyed working with children at her church in AWANA and Vacation Bible School. Fran will be greatly missed by her sons, Richard, William and Mark; step-son, Robert; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her feline companion, Lucas. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy, and 1 great grandson. A service will be at 11:00 am, Monday, July 6, 2009 at Eastside Baptist Church.
