Flossie Vera Whatley

Flossie Vera Whatley, 94, of Port Charlotte passed away August 9, 2007. She was born January 14, 1913 in McMinnville, TN to Jesse and Allie (Luttrell) Hennessee. Flossie moved from El Segundo, CA to Port Charlotte in 1991. She was a member of the Prime Timers and First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte. Flossie will be remember for being a wonderful quilter. She will be greatly missed by her son, Jim (Darlene) Whatley of Port Charlotte; grandchildren David and Michael along with several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 10:00 - 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 14, 2007 with a celebration of Flossie’s life at 11:00 am at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev.
