Edward H. Mize

Edward H. Mize, 81, of Cape Coral, FL passed away December 9, 2009. He was the son of Arthur and Johanna (Meyer) Mize, born October 7, 1928 in Shawnee, OK. Edward served as a Paratrooper in the US Army during WWII. He was a Rotary Member in Shawnee and retired from American National Bank. Edward moved to Cape Coral in April 2007; he enjoyed playing golf, fishing and shooting pool. Edward will be greatly missed by his daughters, Terri Mize of Azle, TX and Sherri (David) Graham of Cape Coral, FL; step-sons, Jerry (Princess) Wyrick of Houston, TX and Ricky Wyrick of Bethel, OK; step-granddaughter, Jennifer; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Freda, and step-son, Ronny Wyrick. The service in celebration of Edward's life will be at 1:00pm Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, OK. Memorial donations may be made to the Alvin A.
