Donald R. Krull

Donald R. Krull, 86, passed away on December 7, 2020, after a short illness.  He was born in Cosby, MO on January 8, 1934, to Frederick and Christina Krull.  Don was married to Ernestine (Pierson) Krull for 61 wonderful years of marriage. 

Don lived for his game of golf and chasing at the casinos.  Don was loved by all who knew him, his laughter and joking were contagious.  He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, and sisters.  He loved life to the fullest, his family, God, and country.

Don is survived by his wife Ernestine; sons, Phillip and Cinda Jo Krull of Port Charlotte, FL and Randal Krull of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Christina (Krull) DePalo of North Port, FL, Phillip Ryan Krull of Washington, DC, Alex Krull and Evan Krull of Orlando, FL; great-grandchildren, Logan and Madison Michaels, Brooklyn DePalo and Canaan, Corbin, and Cyeleah Brummett; sisters, Lois and Basil Barton, Kay and Gary Godfrey of Missouri; several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Bill and June Krull and Duane and Grace Krull; and sisters Darlene and Duke Steel and Clara & Bernard Petree. 

Don was a Retired Air Force and Retired USPS.  He will be laid to rest at the Sarasota National Cemetery with full honors.  The services will be private with immediate family only due to Covid-19.
