Donald J. Dudley

Donald J. Dudley, 61, of Punta Gorda, FL formerly of Dutchess Co. NY passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014. He was the son of Jack and Leona Dudley, born March 27, 1952 in Detroit, MI. He retired from Love Oil, Poughkeepsie, NY. Donald was a member of Punta Gorda Elks, Burnt Store Isles Boat Club and Burnt Store Isles Association. He was an avid football fan of University of Michigan and enjoyed going fishing, boating and working with his son. Donald will be greatly missed by his wife of 6 years, Pat; daughters, Laura (Greg) Langenburg-Maki and Leanne Dudley of New York, NY; son, Jeffrey Dudley of Newburgh, NY; brother, James (Deva Jean) Dudley of Punta Gorda; sisters, Beverly Dudley of Northville, MI and Janet Bortins of Santa Marie, CA and grandson, Logan Reid Maki. A memorial service to celebrate Donald's life will be at 7pm, Monday, March 10, 2014 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services, 1515 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda.
