Delia C Lowe

Delia Caroline Lowe, 62, of Punta Gorda passed away August 25, 2009 at the Life Care Center of Punta Gorda. She was the daughter of Leffie F. and Beulah (Driggers) Lowe, born November 28, 1946 and was a lifelong resident of Punta Gorda. Delia enjoyed her life to the fullest. Delia will be greatly missed by her son, Leffie (Kelly); grandchildren, Shelby and Leff; sisters, Ada Mae Westberry, Mary Jo Rude, Frances (Chuck) Rogers, and Velma (Ronnie) Norton; brothers, Ben (Barb) Lowe, Pete (Frances) Lowe, Lum (Joy) Lowe, and Sim (Barb) Lowe; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Cecil Lowe; and twin sisters, Ruth Miles and Esther Russell. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday, August 28, 2009 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services, Punta Gorda. The service in celebration of Delia's life will be at 10 am Saturday at the Church of God of Prophecy, 662 Cooper St, Punta Gorda. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church.
