Danny L. Roach

Danny L. Roach, 55, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away suddenly at home on Wed. Nov. 27, 2013. He was born September 6, 1958 in White Salmon, Washington to Raymond and JoAnn Bennett. As a teen Danny was a volunteer firefighter, then spent many years in construction. He took great pride in being a family man and loved being a dad and grandpa. Dan was a loving, caring person who would do anything for his family as well as his extended family. Danny was a practical joker and enjoyed baking muffins for people. Danny will be greatly missed by his loving wife, best friend and soul mate of 29 years, Lynn; son, Daniel (Kristi); daughters, Nicole (Ryan) and Amber; his beloved cat, Squiddy; grand-children, Courteney, Aubrey, Destiney, Hailey, Janice, Haiden, Wyatt, Aurora; brother, Mark (Sandy); sister, Dianna (Guy) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and best friends Skinny Dan and Janis. A gathering of family and friends will be held 4 - 6pm, Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
