Carol Murdock

March 28, 1931 — January 28, 2020

On January 28, 2020, Carol entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior.    She was born March 28, 1931, to Carl and Irma Anderson in Milwaukee, WI.  Carol was married to John Murdock for 66 years and mother of three sons.  Roger (Barbara) Murdock, Trafalgar, IN, David (Dorothy), Murdock,  Barrington, IL, and Rick (Melissa) Murdock, Southlake, TX. and grandmother to nine grandchildren; Peter (Melissa), Meghan, Anna, Nathan, Andrew, Justin (Kelsi),  Courtney (Miles),  Maddie, and Connor, and five great-grandchildren.   She is also survived by her sister Cathy (Fred) Eichmann., Fernandina Beach, FL., one niece and nephew.    Carol graduated with honors from Wauwatosa High School and graduated with top honors from UW-Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Carol taught kindergarten in Racine, WI for over 20 years.  She was a member of the Racine Junior League, and Delta Gamma.  Carol also served as a Church Elder and was a current member of the First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte, FL. Carol was active her entire life with racquetball, skiing, she loved to sail with John and traveled together to most parts of the world, including all seven continents.    Special thanks and love to their small group who loved and cared for Carol for the last few years. 
Any memorials should be directed to Samaritans Purse, Moody Bible Institute, or a cause close to your heart.   Private services will be held in Punta Gorda, FL,  with interment at a later date in Milwaukee, WI.
