Bryce Pierson, Jr.

Bryce "Bud" Pierson, Jr., 89, of Deep Creek, FL passed away March 23, 2016 at Tidewell Hospice Port Charlotte. He was the son of Genelle and Bryce Pierson, Sr., born March 8, 1927 in Sydney, IA. Bud served in the US Army. He was the owner/operator of Pierson Construction and took great pride in building homes in PGI and throughout Charlotte County. Bud loved being around the water including fishing and scuba diving. Bud will be greatly missed by his sisters, Ernestine (Don) Krull and Marceline Mitchell, nieces, Denese (Bill), Judy, Debbie and Barbara, nephews, Phil (Cinda Jo), Randy Krull, Bob Mitchell, Bob(Connie), and Rand (Beth) and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Norma Jean, sister, Ruth Ella (Charles) Sebek. A memorial service to celebrate Bud's life will be held at 5pm, Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
