Barbara C. Foerster

Barbara C. Foerster, 72, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away January 12, 2016. She was the daughter of Reinhold and Christel Foerster, born April 24, 1943 in Germany. Barbara served in the US Marine Corps from 1961 to 1964 active duty then in the Reserve from 1964 to 1973. She was also in the United Coast Guard Serve 1973 to 1986. Barbara was a member of American Legion Post 110, Woman Marine Corps Association FL-6, Marine Corps League, Charlotte County Personal Computer User's Group and Florida Retired Educators Association. Inurnment will be at Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
