Audrey Proudfit

Audrey Lynn Proudfit, 65, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away November 14, 2015. She was born May 31, 1950 in Chicago, IL to Martin and Estelle Hoffman. She worked as a nurse, both in the emergency dept and in administration. In 1969 she met her husband, Terry Proudfit while working the in ER and they were married June 2, 1976. Audrey will be greatly missed by her children, who she cherished dearly, Jill Perrotta, Andrew (Aleesha), Charles (Jessica) and Matthew. Audrey was a very loving "Ama" to Lauren and Gavin Perrotta and Austin & Audra Proudfit; her sister, Sherry (Ken) Fisher; nephews, Brian (Paula), Marc (Lindsey); brother, Joel (Lisa) Hoffman; niece and nephew, Lexi and Jonathan; sister in law, Cheryl (Mike) Miller; nephew, Allan; niece, Lisa (Kevin) Tandy. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. The family will receive friends from 11 to 12pm, Tuesday, November 17, 2015 with a service to celebrate Audrey's life at 12pm at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
