Amanda Moorhead

Janice “Amanda” Moorhead, 52, of Port Charlotte formerly of Houston, Texas passed away August 26, 2010. She was born December 9, 1957 in Hawkinsville, Georgia. Amanda will be greatly missed by her mother, Janice Walton; daughter, Stefanie Walker of Houston, TX; son, Sean Walker and Caryn Cragg of Houston, TX; brothers, Wayne (Carol) Walton of Miami, their children, Todd and Laura, Clyde Walton of Port Charlotte and his children, Brittany and Kourtney; sisters Karen (Rick) Newkirk of Port Charlotte and their children, Breanna and Amy Newkirk, Marie Irons and her children, A.J. Irons and Alana (Andrew) Chanza, Suzi Walton and her child, Dustin Drake. She was preceded in death by her father, John Moorhead, brother, Michael Walton, nephew, Paul Walton and step-father, Robert Walton. A service in celebration of Amanda’s life will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
