Alice M. Ebert

Alice M. Ebert, 69, of Punta Gorda, formerly of Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH passed away August 20, 2015. She was the daughter of John and Anne McDonnell, born August 9, 1946 in Cleveland, OH. She worked at Lakeland Community College, Mentor, OH for 23 years. Alice was past President of Lake Elementary PTA, Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH and past President of Mentor Lagoons Yacht Club Nautilettes. She enjoyed boating, cooking and spending time with family. Alice was one of a kind and will be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, mother and friend. Alice will be greatly missed by her husband of 50 years, Ed; daughters, Jennifer (Lokesh) Palla and Janet Powell; grandson, Caden and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert McDonnell. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Mentor Lagoons Yacht Club, 8365 Harbor Drive, Mentor, OH.
